Water Re-Cooler WRK 03-100
for laser, motor spindles and plastics processing Including a fully hermetical cooling agent compressor for the cooling of clean water, glycol mix or emulsion. A powerful water pump (WRK30-100 made of stainless steel), a container and a complete electrical control system are incorporated. The sketch shows the ideal way of construction (DBGM). The special evaporator allows preliminary water temperatures of up to approx. 2ºC without anti-freezer. Even complete freezing will not cause any defects or total failure. Avoid excessive expenses for cooling water and complicated installations by using a sophisticated installation system, and use Water Re-Coolers made by BKW instead. |
Application: in welding machines, laser-plasma plants, electron microscopes, X-ray tubes, hydraulic systems (indirect), plastics injection moulding machines, cleaning and degreasing systems, air conditioning equipment etc. A stainless, 300 – 400 – 500 ltr. steel boiler is available as an accessory part for heat recovery applications. It is particularly recommended to equip the Water Re-Cooler with a heat pump condenser. This allows the heating of water to 418 K (45ºC) for a variety of applications at “zero cost”. Cold and warm water temperatures can be adjusted individually in a range of 0 to 60ºC (TD 3K) via display thermostats. |
